Not every toy wins every pet on the first day. If something did not work out, there are two roads, depending on what happened.
If your pet is not interested yet
- Try a different room: open floor works better than a corner
- Add a treat or praise every time the ball giggles
- Put the toy away for two days, then bring it back
- For HuggiePup and HuggieKitty, warm the heat pack and start the heartbeat before introducing it
If the toy arrived damaged or stopped working
- Open your order with the retailer you bought from
- Choose the return or replacement option within their return window
- Tell us what happened at [email protected] so we can check the batch
- Keep the packaging until the return is complete
Every toy that comes back teaches us something about the next one.
